Do I have to hand over my Instagram password?
No. You authorise the connection inside Instagram's own screen. The password never reaches ChatPeak, and you can revoke access from Instagram at any moment.
Could my account get banned for this?
It works the way Instagram intends for business accounts, and each comment gets at most one reply. What usually gets accounts banned is the opposite: software that logs in with your password and blasts messages.
Does it work with any profile?
The profile has to be a business or creator account. Switching is free and takes under a minute in Instagram's settings.
Does it work on reels?
Yes, on posts and on reels. A campaign can also wait and attach itself to your next reel automatically.
Is there a message limit?
No. The price is the same whether you send a hundred messages a month or ten thousand.
What if the customer replies?
The conversation appears in the dashboard inbox and anyone on your team can take over and answer by hand, with no interference from the automation.
Do I need to install anything?
